I stayed here during my vacation home (Amarillo) the room was very nice and clean the Housekeeping Supervisor Ms Detra brought us some extra towels and was very pleasant I also seen her reaction with other guests her attitude is why the room was so comfortable she cares and the am Ms.Janae and pm front desk ladies was awesome as well. Will be staying here again for my vacation next year. Hopefully will still have the same comfort and customer service.
We tried this location on our way home from Colorado and we were not disappointed at all. From the amazing desk staff to the gentleman working the Bistro last night and the wonderful Bistro woman this morning, we were impressed. Our room was large and clean. We had a lovely overnight and slept well. What more can you ask for on an overnight stay?
The hotel was great. I had an overnight emergency and I needed to get my room before the standard check-in time. The hotel staff was great I assisting me with my issue. It’s not like the hotels I’ve been used to where they close their doors after a certain time (others operate 24/7). But my hotel room was comfy and spacious, It worked much better than staying at the Best Western a couple of nights ago. I would definitely be staying here again when I return. Only thing I didn’t like was there was a parking fee. Maybe because there are so many hotels in the area idk.
Flies. The first thing I noticed were the flies, just hanging around the lobby and restaurant. The market area was pretty bare, and I was told they were not getting a delivery for 3 weeks. Only one elevator and it's from the 80s. The restaurant is an adventure because it only has one person working both the bar and kitchen. The burger is pretty good, but the breakfast is out of sight. Nice rooms and lots of space.
My wife and I were skeptical about staying here due to the reviews. But we were pleasantly surprised. Room was clean. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. The food in the Cafe was great. The cook/server (Steven) was real nice and very helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
Everything looks fresh and new. The room is very comfortable. The hot tub was tepid and the jets are bubbling too close to the top causing water to splash all over your face and hair. That was quite unpleasant. Service was friendly and helpful. There's a $10 parking fee which shows up on the app - Marriott seems to be charging to park at all their locations these days. As is typical of Courtyard, breakfast isn't included but, again, I could tell that from the app. Pleasant stay!
Steve cooked me an amazing breakfast for me the morning of October 16. Nice and fresh and delicious. Hit the spot. The thing I like best about this hotel is the consistency. Everything works as it should.
We stayed for two nights. Rooms were very nice and clean. Thomas at the bar was very kind. And a Hard worker. He did a great job serving us and the other guests in the area. We would definitely stay again!
